It's only been three days since the eagerly-awaited return of Love Island and fans of the show can already tell that ITV producers did NOT come to play this time around.
The revelation comes amid reports that there's another celebrity bombshell set to strut into the villa in the coming days, following TOWIE star Joey Essex's sensational entrance earlier this week.
The 33-year-old ITVBe icon rocked up right before the closing credits appeared during the 2024 debut episode, with presenter Maya Jama welcoming him in as the series' first bombshell.

And viewers - myself included - were left in a state of total shock.
Taking to social media, one viewer penned: "IS THAT JOEY ESSEX?!?! #LoveIsland."
Another went on: "JOEY ESSEX?!?! ya good luck lads its looking rough now. might aswell start packing them suitcases back up #loveisland."
Though it's not yet clear as to which of this year's fresh-faced female islanders Joey is keen to crack on with, after last night's (5 June) episode saw Harriett Blackmore tempt him to the Hideaway for a chat, leaving Samantha Kenny - who he previously took an interest in - feeling neglected.

Could it be latest addition Uma Jammeh - who entered the villa during the infamous 'kiss-rating challenge' last night - however, who steals Mr Essex's heart?
Lifting the lid on his intentions for the show, Joey previously told press: "I just want someone to like me for me and now from what they see on TV.
"This is exactly why I’m going into the villa because you’re disconnected from the rest of the world and can focus on what actually matters on a far deeper level."

And apparently, there's another big-name star set to join this year's Love Island line-up who - like Joey - is keen to find that special someone.
According to The Sun, this is none other than Abbie Quinnen, a dancer and social media star who is perhaps best known for being the former long-term girlfriend of Strictly Come Dancing pro AJ Pritchard.
For those unfamiliar with Abbie, she and her professional dancer ex - who is also the brother of 2019 islander Curtis Pritchard - broke up in 2022 after some years together.
And according to the news outlet, she's finally ready to meet someone new, after having allegedly been 'in talks' with ITV bosses 'for weeks'.

"Abbie has become well-known in her own right and after her break up with AJ she fancied a fresh chance at love," The Sun reported.
"Joey went in as the first big bombshell and Abbie is waiting in the wings for the call up."
The outlet went on: "She has been in talks with Love Island for weeks over being a bombshell and has said she can’t wait to dive in and mix things up.

"When she was with AJ she found out a lot about Love Island through Curtis so she knows what is in store for her."
The year prior to her split, a freak incident occurred which tragically saw Abbie engulfed in flames.
At the time, she and AJ were watching a YouTube tutorial on how to turn a wine bottle into a vase, which involved dipping a rope into a chemical, wrapping it around the bottle and lighting it.
After undergoing extensive treatment, Abbie was left with life-altering scars.
Since then, she has partnered up with fellow burns survivors Katie Piper, Sylvia Mac and Rochelle Barrett several times as part of campaigns to 'normalise scars'.
Tyla has contacted representatives for Abbie Quinnen for comment.
ITV declined to comment.
