Whilst most of us like to think of her as the kind-hearted, elderly former judge of The Great British Bake Off, it turns out that Mary Berry previously led a rather rambunctious life.
The revelation comes after the 89-year-old made a pretty x-rated confession during an appearance on funny-man Alan Carr's podcast this week, claiming she simply couldn't be tamed during her younger years.

Fans were delighted when Chatty Man frontman Alan, 48, announced that former BBC star Mary would be appearing on his much-loved Life's A Beach podcast, after the on-screen foodie largely took a step back from television back in 2016.
The move came after GBBO producers announced that the widely-adored amateur baking competition would be moving broadcasters, from the BBC to Channel 4, after which Mary announced her resignation from the show.
Since then, though her replacement Prue Leith, 84, has predominantly been 'accepted' by Bake Off fans - having appeared on the show for eight years - others take to social media each time a new series begins to express their longing for Mary to make a return to the spotlight.
And thankfully, their prayers were answered this week, when she appeared on Alan Carr's podcast, where she thrilled listeners with tales of her younger years.

Amongst the numerous rib-tickling confessions she made, was that she was previously a fan of skinny-dipping.
Asked by the comedian presenter if she's ever taken the plunge - literally - she admitted: "Yes I have, yeah."
Elaborating, she explained: "Years ago we used to go to Salcombe and there was one very big hotel there. We were camping, when we were much, much younger.

"And we used to creep down to this hotel at about 12 o’clock at night and jump in their pool. They never caught us."
The news comes just months after Mary was papped enjoying a rave session in Ibiza, after being invited to the Balaeric Island by TV chef, James Martin.
Appearing on This Morning last year, the culinary favourite claimed the former Bake Off frontwoman partied in Pasha for six hours.
"Are you kidding me? Did she enjoy it?" presenter Holly Willoughby asked him at the time, to which he confirmed: "She did - she led me astray. She even hit the dancefloor."

After news broke that the baking series had switched broadcasters, Mary's close friend, fellow chef and co-judge Paul Hollywood revealed he'd remain on the show.
The show's presenters, Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins, also announced they'd be retiring from the series following the network move.
The hosting pair were then replaced by Noel Fielding and Matt Willis, the latter of whom quit the show in 2022, to be replaced by Alison Hammond.
