Now, we all have varying traditions and rituals when it comes to celebrating Christmas but most people love to take the opportunity to indulge in some proper good family time.
However, it seems not everyone shares that opinion as Matthew Wright revealed that he'll be spending Christmas apart from his wife and his four-year-old daughter, Cassady, as the holiday 'does his head in'.

Matthew, who has been married to his second wife Amelia for more than a decade, explained on X (formerly Twitter) exactly what he'll be doing instead over the festive period.
The Wright Stuff host penned: "Weird to some but I’ll be spending Xmas apart from my girls again this year - Xmas does my head in."
The 58-year-old TV presenter did assure his followers, however, that he would be around during the holidays.

"I’ll be keeping you company on @lbc over the festive period instead," he continued.
"I’ll be hosting breakfast show again this weekend and 10-1pm on Xmas day/Boxing day."
And this isn't the first time Matthew will be spending Christmas without Amelia or Cassady as back in December of last year, he told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning: "I’m not seeing the wife and child on Christmas day, we’re having it apart again.
"My wife and child are down with granny. I’m at home, working. For LBC."

"Whatever works for each individual family," Holly responded while Matthew admitted that he 'loves' getting some time alone over the holidays.
When Phillip asked him about how Amelia may feel about being left alone on the big day, he joked: "She loves it! it gets her away from me for a few days! How do you think she feels?!"
Speaking of celebs who won't be spending Crimbo with their family, Corrie star, Helen Flanagan, has revealed the reason why she won’t be spending Christmas with kids for the very first time.

Speaking to Closer, the TV star said that her kids will be spending December 25 with their dad, Scott Sinclair, and their grandma in Bath which is a little under 200 miles - or about five hour away - from her home in Bolton.
"My children really miss their daddy and they're very close to their nanna, so they're going to spend Christmas with them," she told the outlet.
"I won't have them for about four days. It will actually be the first Christmas that I don't have my children."
