It was the eagerly-anticipated 96th Academy Awards last night (10 March) and film-lovers all over were treated to a full-evening affair of celebrity antics.
But, it seems there's one particular part of the prestigious event which is getting the most buzz - yes - Ryan Gosling's iconic 'I'm Just Ken' performance.
Now, while the incredible rendition is talking piece enough on its own - it's clear some eagle-eyed fans are utterly obsessed with the actor's sweet nod to his wife, Eva Mendes, during the Oscars performance.

Taken from his 2023 movie Barbie - in which he starred alongside Margot Robbie - the song instantly became a hit with fans.
So you can only imagine viewers' joy when it was revealed that the 43-year-old would be belting out the tear-jerking track at this year's Oscars.

And following his almighty performance - which had members of the audience stood on their feet singing along - viewers have had nothing but kind words to heap upon the star and rushed to social media to share their praise.
One X (formerly Twitter) user penned: "And when I say Ryan Gosling's 'I'm Just Ken' performance is the best thing to ever happen to the Oscars."
A second chimed in: "Waking up to Ryan Gosling's show stealing 'I'm Just Ken' performance has certainly made this Monday morning!

After wrapping up his performance, Gosling kissed a Barbie-themed 'E' charm necklace, which stands for Eva, and had previously made an appearance at the Barbie premiere too.

While fans all over gushed over the iconic performance, it's clear there is no greater fan of his than his wife Eva Mendes, who also posted an adorable tribute to her hubby on Instagram.

"You took Ken all the way to the Oscars, RG," she wrote, adding: "Now come home, we need to put the kids to bed."
Her post was accompanied by a snap of her wearing her husband’s pink studded blazer and sunglasses, along with one of the black cowboy hats the other Kens donned on stage.
