'Espresso' hitmaker Sabrina Carpenter has opened up about what her pal Taylor Swift thinks about her starring in a Skims campaign.
Anyone with eyes and ears knows that there's a long standing feud between Taylor and Kim Kardashian.
Back when Kim was married to Kanye West, it seems she took her beau's side over that infamous VMA's incident in 2009 which then led to his song 'Famous' in 2016.

The questionable lyrics included: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b*tch famous."
Taylor didn't take so kindly to the words, with her team issuing a statement at the time which said she had no idea about the forthcoming song.
But Kim weighed in and said: "She totally approved that. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't.

"I swear, my husband gets so much s**t for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved."
Since then, there's obviously been a lot of tension between the pair.
And with Sabrina Carpenter being one of Taylor's friends - as well as opening 26 of her Eras tour shows - many fans were wondering how it all went down between them after Sabrina starred in a campaign for Skims, Kim's underwear brand.

Well, it seems there's finally an answer.
Sabrina opened up to Rolling Stone about the whole debacle, stating: “As much as people want to believe you’re tuned into every little thing, I’m not because I’m constantly working.
"In that scenario, I’ve been very, very communicative with her about that situation, and I just love her so much and support her till the end.
"So it was no weirdness for me, but I know people will just say things because that’s all they have time to do."
So I guess it seems there was no 'Bad Blood' between the pair!

Sabrina has always been open about her admiration for Taylor, with her adding: “I hold her to such a different echelon. I could never compare my life, my career, my trajectory to anything close to what she’s done.
She added: “She always puts out music at a time where I didn’t realise I needed those songs. We’re very, very verbal with each other about our mutual love and admiration.
"She played me ‘But Daddy I Love Him’ before it came out, and that’s also one of my favourites.”

We're glad their friendship won't be affected!
It seems Kim may be willing to bury the hatchet - after all, she did post a video on TikTok lip syncing to Taylor's 'Shake It Off' alongside her daughter North.
Maybe there is hope on the horizon for a reconciliation, but we're not holding our breath.
