The former Love Island contestant recent revealed she splashed serious cash over getting a certain part of her body reduced.
When the blonde beauty attended the Brit Awards wearing a while lace catsuit with her boobs on display, little did anyone know that she was showing off her surgeon’s work.
As it turns out, Olivia spent £20,000 on getting her nipples reduced.

The Sun reported that the 32-year-old had the option of wearing nipple covers but opted to go natural after her procedure instead.
She said: "I'm going to go on the red carpet and I'm going to have these great big silicone stick on nipples... when I paid like £20,000 to have these tiny little nipples...
"Like what's the f***ing point?
"So I was just like, do you know what? I've got a blazer on for the whole night.

"If I do a pop of the arm, you might see it, you might not.
"Popped it out, everyone's like, you're a disgrace!"
Olivia previously stunned fans when she underwent a breast reduction surgery to remove her large implants and has since had her sights set on making that area more appealing to herself.
Having had her boobs done at 20, she told The Times that she regretted her decision.

She told the publication: “I was fixated and it was cheap and quick. These b****y boobs were so heavy. I was happy for a year, then I realised they didn’t look right for my frame.
“The weight of the implants started to stretch my skin and they got lower and lower. I started to think, ‘This isn’t what I signed up for at all.'”
However, she went on to admit that has undergone other surgeries to look younger.

Olivia stated: “I do the non-surgical stuff to my face ― Botox, all the jazzy skincare, the Morpheus8, the lasers. I’ll try everything that’s new. I’ll do dots of filler here and there. Fillers are a journey I’ve been on... The ‘natural’ that women are buying isn’t natural at all.”
