After MAFS UK star Kieran Chapman blindsided fans by issuing a pretty savage social media statement about his shock split from Kristina Goodshell, his on-screen wife has had now had her say.
The pair's break-up was announced during last night's instalment of the Channel 4 reality series (Tuesday 5 November) amid an emotional exchange that left viewers at home teary-eyed.
Despite starting off as one of the 2024 series' strongest couples - enjoying a laughter-fuelled wedding ceremony and plush Thai honeymoon - recent weeks have seen dog-walker Kristina and mechanic Kieran put through their paces.

After Kristina made a brave confession about her monthly battle with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), Kieran broke viewers' hearts by insisting he might not be able to handle a bride such a condition.
And later, things appeared to go from bad to worse for the couple when Kieran jokingly kissed another bride - leaving Kristina gutted - before making a list of the ways she compared to another of his ex-girlfriends.
Last week, he also left his wife in tears once again by expressing serious doubts over their future together, admitting he'd hate to realise too late that he'd been 'wasting time' with the wrong person.
And, as we say, the duo's recent marital woes appeared to have reached breaking point last night, seeing both Kieran and Kristina voting to 'Leave' the romance experiment when asked by the show's resident love experts.

During the heartbreaking announcement, Kieran began by thanking his bride for her part in making his journey on the show so special, telling her: "I just genuinely wish you the best for the future. Don't change for anyone."
And Kristina seconded his motion, telling him in response: "Thank you for the most magical, amazing day of my life at our wedding.

"I'm gutted but I do only wish you the best. You'll be in my life. Don't worry."
It didn't take long for the sadness of some viewers to dissolve into rage, however, with Kieran sharing a controversial message about the split on social media after the episode had aired.
"Tonight me and @kristinagoodsell left the experiment," he penned in the caption of a collection of photos of the duo together. "Is there a better wife on this series that I could have been matched with? No."
He then added, however: "Do I regret letting Kristina go? No."

Attempting to justify his eyebrow-raising remark, Kieran went on: "This sounds brutal, I know.. but I wasn’t the man for Kristina, and she deserves someone to put her on a pedestal.
"Someone who can give their whole self to her, someone who can support her through the highs and lows. But I’m afraid that just isn’t me anymore."
Elsewhere in the statement, he went on to confess the supposed 'real reason' the pair called it quits.

"I’m not saying I’m the only one to ever go through really bad times in my life, not at all," Kieran continued.
"But what I did go through has taught me exactly what I want and need from a partner, and although Kristina has a lot of gorgeous qualities, and is a beautiful human, I just can’t be the support that she needs, and that’s really sad."
Speaking directly to his former flame, Kieran addressed some of the mistakes he came under fire for on the show, writing: "Kristina, first of all I’m sorry.
"I’m sorry that I couldn’t be there for you, I’m sorry that I’ve been trying to decide over the last couple of weeks whether I have it in me or not. I’m sorry I voiced that you have similarities to a previous relationship, and I never meant to compare you.
"I’m just sorry I couldn’t make it work."
Naturally, Kieran's comments rubbed some viewers up the wrong way, with some hitting out in the comments.
Many jumped to Kristina's defence, and the former fan-favourite even took to the comments herself.
Surprisingly, however, she issued a rather forgiving response to her now-ex's claims.
"Guys, please stop this negativity," she firstly begged. "I'm thriving and so is Kieran in our own ways and celebrating each other for how far we've both come."
