2025 has clearly started with a bang as Harlan Coben's latest series adaptation has finally landed on Netflix.
The eagerly-anticipated series landed on the platform earlier this week (1 January) and boasts some pretty big names in the 'biz.
Additionally, the thriller also starred a bunch of surprise celebrity cameos portraying smaller roles.

Now, the five-parter follows protagonist Detective Kat Donovan who finds out the hard way that some secrets are best left in the past when she mysteriously matches with her ex Josh on a dating app - the same man who went ‘missing’ from her life 11 years ago.
As she investigates the case of a missing person, Josh’s reappearance forces her to dive back into the mystery surrounding her father’s murder and uncover long-buried secrets from her past.

Missing You already has a pretty impressive cast including the likes of Slow Horses star Rosalind Eleazar, Top Boy's Ashley Walters as missing fiancé Josh, as well as Benidorm's Steve Pemberton, Fool Me Once's Richard Armitage, The Hobbit's James Nesbitt and The Girl Before's Jessica Plummer.

Alongside the core cast, however, are a handful of other familiar faces...
GK Barry
None other than GK Barry, real name Grace Keeling, appears in the series for a brief cameo.

The 25-year-old internet personality, who only left the I'm A Celebrity jungle last month, made an appearance in the first episode's opening credits and again in the fourth episode as the 'foot cam girl' who goes by the name Vanessa, and Netflix viewers are obsessed with it.
One Twitter user penned: "Am I seeing things or was that GK Barry at the start of Missing You?"
"GK Barry girl, what are you doing here?" quipped a second, while a third chimed in: "That’s GK Barry no?!?! In the opening of Missing You wtf?"
A fourth piped up: "Am I seeing things or was that GK Barry at the start of Missing You?"

Sir Lenny Henry
Beloved comedian and actor, Sir Lenny Henry, plays the role of Clint Donovan, the police officer father of Kat who sadly meets an untimely end after being murdered.

The 66-year-old has also starred in a number of other TV shows including Three Little Birds, Broadchurch and Three of a Kind.
Lisa Faulkner
Actor, presenter and TV chef Lisa Faulkner stars as Dana Fells, Brendan's (Oscar Kennedy) mother, in Missing You.
Having won Celebrity Masterchef in 2010, the 52-year-old has also appeared in the likes of Spooks, Murdoch Mysteries and The Girl Before.
Matt Willis
GK Barry isn't the only IAC alum on Missing You as the 2006 former King of the Jungle and Busted singer, Matt Willis, 44, also has a cameo part in the series, playing Darryl.
The very first time we meet Kat, she's actually on a date with Matt's character.
Marc Warren
Mark Warren, 57, stars as Monte Leburn - the person who was convicted of Clint’s death.
We find out at the very start of the show that he only has days to live before he dies.
Is he really guilty? Maybe not.
Samantha Spiro
Samantha Spiro plays nurse Sally Steiner in the series.
The 56-year-old actor has previously appeared in Sex Education, Me Before You, From Hell and Cor, Blimey!.
Mary Malone
Mary Malone stars as one of Kat's close friends, Aqua.
She's previously appeared in 2023's Doctor Who Christmas special as well as the UK production of Yve Blake’s musical Fangirls and the ITV drama, Vera.
