If you’re still suffering from a Saltburn-shaped hole in your life, we’ve got just the thing for you…
And if you’re more of a Channing Tatum girl than a Jacob Elordi lover, well we might just be the answer to your prayers.
Channing, of 21 Jump Street and Magic Mike fame, is set to star in a brand new edge-of-your-seat worthy thriller, directed by none other than his fiancé Zoe Kravitz – her directorial debut.
The spine-tingling film is called Blink Twice, and now that Amazon's MGM Studios has dropped the trailer, fans are already drawing comparisons to the most talked-about movie of 2023, Emerald Fennel’s Saltburn.

Channing will be portraying Slater King, a tech billionaire who meets beautiful and smart waitress Frida (played by Naomi Ackie), and invites her on the trip of a lifetime to his private island, along with a group of his friends.
Lo and behold, strange things begin to occur - and Frida ends up having to fight to stay alive.
Alongside Channing and Naomi, other stars of the cast include Simon Rex, Alia Shawkat, Kyle MacLachlan, Adria Arjona, Christian Slater, Geena Davis and Haley Joel Osment.

Parallels to Saltburn can be found in the sense of foreboding that lingers during the unfolding events, envy-worthy pool scenes and a series of messy party vignettes.
FYI, Blink Twice was originally titled Pussy Island - but they left that title on the cutting room floor.
Zoe Kravitz previously explained: “It represents this time where it would be acceptable for a group of men to call a place that, and the illusion that we’re out of that time now.”
Nevertheless, now it’s Blink Twice – and it’s set to release on 23rd August.

Channing told Entertainment Weekly: "We are definitely exploring some very uncomfortable themes, and, I don't want to give away too much, but I've definitely never played a character like [this].
“It was scary to play, because it's definitely going to be a talk piece when it comes out. I think people are really gonna want to talk about it. That's kind of the point, in a way. It's meant to unsettle you.
We can’t wait!

Obviously, we’re not alone, with fans taking to social media to share their impatience for the big-screen epic.
One person wrote: “This already looks classic.”
Another added: “Yes this looks like the female Saltburn but am I still sat? Absolutely.”

A third said: "If this is executed well Zoë Kravitz might be onto something big, it’s giving Knives Out mixed with Saltburn.”
A fourth chimed: “That cast is fire.”
