Over the last few weeks, Stephen has been trying to make Elaine seem depressed and he’s even gone as far as making a suicide note to make it appear she’s taken her own life.
The cunning killer has even forged a life insurance application in her name in a bid to get her money when he kills her.
After attempting to make her family believe she’s depressed and struggling to cope, it seems his plan will come crashing down next week.

Up until Monday’s (10 July) episode, Elaine thought her partner was a sweet and kind businessman, but little does she know he’s already killed three people.
Elaine’s son, Tim (Joe Duttine), has his own suspicions about Stephen; he’s convinced that he’s only with his mum for her money - but she refused to believe it.
Things don’t look too great for Stephen as he is set to become involved in a deadly showdown with another character, which leads to a hospital trip for one of them.

During Monday’s episode, viewers see Elaine gush about how much she’s been enjoying tai-chi classes with the help of her instructor, Gerry.
When Elaine chats to her beau about her tai-chi classes, he pretends to be interested but it’s very evident that he’s bored and annoyed by how much Elaine gets on with her instructor.
When her back is turned momentarily, Stephen pulls a face, however she catches him in the reflection of the oven.
