The majority of us can probably recall an excruciatingly awkward moment in our lives when we were forced to sit through a sex scene whilst watching a movie in the company of our parents.
For me, it was aged 14, watching When Harry Met Sally with my mum and dad believing it was going to be a light-hearted rom-com, when Meg Ryan starts screaming orgasm sounds in the middle of a cafe. Where do you look?!
Anyway, if you think that sitting through a sex scene with your parents is awkward, imagine directing one of your actor parents' sex scenes...
Such is the bizarre reality for 21-year-old Damien Hurley, the son of movie star Elizabeth Hurley and American businessman Steve Bing, who has both written and directed his mother's latest project, thrilling blockbuster, Strictly Confidential.

The chiller sees Mia (Georgia Lock) travel to the Caribbean on the anniversary of her friend Rebecca's (Lauren McQueen's) death.
There, she ends up pulled back into the past, alongside 'a seductive world of sex, betrayal and murder', with Elizabeth staring as the character of Lily.
And whilst you may think this must be Damien's worst nightmare, the youngster reportedly 'promised' his Gossip Girl mum that she could 'definitely be in' the first film he directed, and claims he didn't find the experience too scaring at all.

Similarly, actress Elizabeth claims she felt 'relaxed' when working under her son's professional direction.
Speaking to Access Hollywood this week, the 58-year-old beauty told fans of the incoming project: "He always said, ‘If I ever get to make a real film, will you be in it?’.
"And I said, ‘Absolutely, your first film, I will definitely be in it'."
The Austin Powers star went on to admit that it wasn't just comforting to know that her son was in-charge of the production - but it also made her feel 'safe and looked after'.

"It’s kind of liberating to work with your family," Elizabeth said. "I’m relaxed in front of him. He looks after me. It’s relaxing knowing someone is behind the camera who looks out for you."
She confessed, however, that some scenes 'weren't necessarily things [she'd] always done in movies many times before'.
And when it came to Damien's thoughts on his mother's steamy scenes, he insisted that her having been in showbiz for his entire life means awkwardness surrounding sex is 'just not a thing' and is 'part of business'.

Now THAT is a level of maturity most of us can only aspire to...
