Kids are renowned for their occasional brutal honesty, and it's nice to know that the children of A-listers are no exception, as Emily Blunt recently found out.
Emily stole the show in the 2006 classic The Devil Wears Prada as the catty rival assistant Emily Charlton, who came out with some iconic one-liners as well as some incredible fashion looks.
The star revealed she recently showed the film to her two children, Violet, seven, and 10-year-old Hazel, who she shares with fellow actor John Krasinski, to see what they thought about seeing their mum on the big screen.

Emily made the revelation to Page Six while appearing at the 18th Annual American Institute for Stuttering charity gala, as she suffered with one as a youngster.
It transpires that fans still quote mean-spirited fashion assistant Emily's phrases to her as well, almost a decade later.
The star said: “It’s incredible that it has such an indelible fingerprint on people … and it’s quoted to me every week.”

With an all-star cast of Meryl Streep as the fearsome Miranda Priestley and Anne Hathaway as bumbling new girl Andy Sachs at Runway Magazine, Emily insists she didn't know just how big it was going to be, as she was still in the early days of her career at the time when the call came.
Emily recalled: “At the time I was young, it was my first big movie. I remember my agent calling me and telling me about the opening weekend. I was like, ‘Is that good?’ Like I didn’t know what was good.”
Yes, Emily, it was very good!

She now says that the cast had 'the time of their lives' working on the project, which is clear for any fan of the film to see.
But it turns out her two kids were less than impressed, declaring their mum to be 'the meanest person they’ve ever met.'
Say how you really feel, girls! It just goes to show she played the role well, though.

Fans are counting down the days until we get to see the forthcoming sequel to the film, which is set to feature Meryl donning her oversized sunglasses and withering stare as Miranda once more.
It's rumoured that Anne will also return as Andy, however Emily has kept her lips sealed as to whether we will get to see her play the role once more - especially as we got to see a softer side to the character by the end.
Maybe her kids will like her character more this time if so.
