I’m A Celeb’s Dean McCullough has responded to online comments about plastic surgery after revealing exactly what work he’s had done.
ITV viewers were buzzing to see the 32-year-old BBC Radio 1 presenter take on the chaos of the jungle ever since he was announced as one of the 12 celebs to join the line-up.
However, it's clear that Dean hasn't been faring too well in the challenges after screaming out the title of the show in his two most recent trials.
During his time on the show, some I'm A Celeb viewers have speculated over Dean's appearance, with some wondering if he's had any cosmetic procedures done - a question that he's clearly been asked about for quite some time now.

Responding to the question 'what happened to your nose?' on TikTok last year, the presenter began: "I just want to address this comment, not because I want attention or sympathy, but I'm pretty sure that there's millions of people out there that have a deviated septum.
"It's never been a problem for me. I've never had anybody mention my nose until I came onto TikTok and started making videos."
He continued to explain his nose was 'like this' since he was born, adding: "I've got friends who have deviated septums, and all that it is, is my septum.

"I was just born with it slightly to the side, but I didn't think there was anything wrong with my nose until I started doing videos."
Dean rounded off: "If you have a deviated septum, can you please let me know? Or maybe I am in the minority.
"Maybe I do need to go to Turkey like this person has said, cheeky, cheeky troll."
Dean has been open online of any procedures he's had done, and in a separate TikTok posted earlier this year, the Gaydio star chatted about the results of his hair transplant, of which he's been documenting the process, telling fans: "Look how much my hair has grown since my hair transplant. Look at that, three months!"
Explaining he had the procedure done mid-April, Dean exclaimed: "Look at that, I could near plait that!

"I wasn't expecting to see these kind of results until, like September. Look, I can just put my hair down like that, and you'd have no idea. Three months later, can you see that?"
As per OK! Magazine, he'd said in a previous video that the procedure was painful for a 'wee minute', adding: "The answer is yeah it does [hurt] but it only hurts for a wee minute whilst you're getting your injections done in the back of the head."
He continued to say that 'the anticipation, the anxiety, the worry' was the worst part, however, it was 'no bother' once it started.
