Kristen Bell's husband had a very unexpected reaction to her sizzling chemistry with her co-star in a new Netflix series.
Last month (26 September), Netflix users were treated to a hit new series all about an unlucky-in-love sex podcaster who finds herself falling head over heels for a Rabbi.
The rom-com, starring Bell and Adam Brody, sky-rocketed straight to the top of the streaming platform's Top 10 list, after fans across the globe rattled through all 10 episodes in no time at all.

Netflix viewers who were clearly itching for their next fix of the 'heartbreaking' series they claimed they'd 'never recover from' were also delighted to find out that a second season is very much possible.
Now, a lot of the series' success was the raw chemistry between Bell and Brody - something that's seemingly not gone unnoticed with the former's real-life husband, Dax Shepard, who had a pretty surprising reaction to his wife's onscreen kiss with her co-star.
Speaking at the New Yorker Festival over the weekend (26 October), the 49-year-old comedian, who tied the knot with Bell in 2013, opened up about the smooching scene and interestingly absolutely loved it.

"My friend... we watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I’d argue is the very best kissing scene ever, ever put on film," Shepard said.
"And my best friend, Aaron, from childhood, he goes, 'Does she ever kiss you like that?' No, I didn’t even know she could kiss like that," he continued.

Shepard went on to discuss his podcast, named Armchair Expert, and was asked about his own chemistry with Bell - whom he shared two daughters with, Lincoln and Delta.
While assuring he and his missus have 'incredible chemistry', Shepard revealed that after seeing her getting it on with the Gilmore Girls star, he wasn't sure that their chemistry was 'as good as her and Brody'.
Earlier this month, the Bad Moms actress spoke to E! News about her steamy scenes with Brody and what her hubby thought about them.
"Even I can acknowledge watching it, like, 'Whoa, that’s hot'. My husband said the same thing. Like, watching the first episode he was like, 'Oh my God, I want you to kiss him so badly'," she said.

She also explained that while the make-out session seemed super hot - it was far from it in real life.
"I’m not trying to be reductive, but I think there’s a math to it," Bell continued.
"You have two actors that know how to stare dopily into each other’s eyes, and you have to have the confidence to expand that and really set the anticipatory value before the kiss —which I think is really important."
