There's been a whole lot of chatter surrounding the long-anticipated Married at First Sight UK reunion.
From fans being baffled over several awkward moments during the episode to contestants coming forward with their views on it - it's fair to say there's been a quite the buzz around the latest MAFS episode airing last night (26 February).
It saw the likes of Georges Berthonneau hitting out at the E4 reunion show following his split from Peggy Rose. Have a look:

While the reunion aired on Channel 4 yesterday, it was actually filmed months in advance back in November - which meant that a handful of moments were glaringly out-of-date.
For instance, Georges and Peggy were still together when the reunion was filmed, but have since called it quits.
Answering an Instagram Q&A about if he was looking forward to the episode airing, Georges replied 'no' before explaining: "Because we were probably a week away from the end of the show so people kind of knew how they'd been edited and stuff and tried to self edit themselves."
He continued: "Obviously we all knew about Matt [Pilmoor] and Shona [Manderson] being together. I'm pretty sure in the scene when they walk in I'm just pouring myself a drink [...] It was mental.

"You could really see people trying to give themselves a different narrative so I'm sure that's how it will play out and I'm glad that people can play up to the cameras."
The episode came after Georges and Peggy announced they'd split.
A couple weeks back (14 February), Peggy took to Instagram story to share with her 205k followers a statement following the break-up.

It began: "I'm so sorry I've been quiet on socials everybody but there's a reason for my silence.
"Me and Georges are no longer together and I'm absolutely heartbroken."
Shortly after, Georges took to his own Instagram story where he shared a statement on his own to his 178k followers.

"Wasn't expecting a statement from Peggy regarding this situation," he revealed. "I'm heartbroken by our break-up and also trying to come to terms with life without Peggy."
For her part, Peggy said she couldn't bear to watch the recent reunion special, saying on a video in her Instagram story: "I won't be watching it because I can't bear to see me be a fool and me be with a liar and I am gutted because I feel like I have let you all down and it will just be really hard to watch it."
