Married at First Sight UK's Polly Sellman has revealed the extremely heartbreaking reason why she's restricted her Instagram comments following her explosive fight with Adam Nightingale.
Now, as viewers will know, this week has been full of relationship drama, off-camera rumours and a whole bunch of blow-outs with Polly and Adam being at the centre of a pretty huge clash amid the final vows ceremony.
It all kicked off between the pair before they even rocked up to their final supper, with them arguing over Polly's belief her hubby wasn't making enough of an effort.
She also brought up Adam's lack of PDA - which has been an ongoing issue - after she discovered he had allegedly been 'flirty' with Amy Kenyon which he dismissed as 'banter'.

After quite a lot of back and fourth, the fight came to a peak when Adam hit out at his wife for 'begging' for the relationship prompting her to brand him a 'narcissist' - resulting in him storming out the room.
Even after returning, the pair still clashed with Adam declaring that while he didn't think the relationship would work out - it didn't mean he wanted it to be over.
Polly also dropped the major bombshell that she hadn't worn her wedding ring in three days.

The MAFS UK episode ended with the on-screen couple still enraged over the ordeal, with Polly calling Adam out one last time before storming off.
The pair then endured another fight during the final vows episode which ended in the bride screaming 'f**k you, you f**king pr*ck' before throwing a glass of red wine in Adam's face.
Since then, Polly has received a bunch of criticism for her behaviour and has been subject to online trolling, prompting her to turn her Instagram comments off.
She took to Instagram to share a Story explaining her decision, posting a snap of her mates with an overlay text which read: "Guys I love ya but I'm turning my comments off again."

Listing three main reasons, the reality TV star penned: "I'm away with my friends and I'm glued to my phone which isn't what I've paid to spend my week doing.
"I'm okay with comments and opinions about people being on Adam's side as people are entitled to have their say about both of us, but insults will be removed."
And the third and final reason was to keep 'control' over her own personal social media accounts, finishing off: "It's MY social media and the only one I have sole control over, I'm the only one in control of keeping my mental health in a good place and I shouldn't be slandered for that or have anyone else thinking it's because I can't and don't wanna hear people [have] to say."

She concluded the post by telling fans 'ty love u all' alongside a happy face and heart emoji.
