The first of this year's Married At First Sight UK contestants have officially been revealed - but according to one former contestant, an appearance on the hit dating series isn't all it's cracked up to be.
In fact, ex star Melinda Willis - who appeared on the Australian version of the show earlier this year - says MAFS actually had some pretty adverse affects on her love life, as well as her psychological state.
As we say, the first stars of the incoming 2024 instalment - which is set to land on E4 in September - were revealed this week in an exciting new screener.

In the teaser, viewers meet 28-year-old mechanic Kieran, who can be seen playing a rather awkward-looking prank on his bride-to-be, dog-walker Kristina, 30, after sticking a set of gross-looking false teeth in his mouth.
As members of the bridal party begin filing into the church, several appear baffled by Kieran's unusual look, which several bridesmaids look displeased with his attempt at humour.
And when Kristina first lays her eyes on the man she's supposed to spend the rest of her life with, she appears visibly horrified.
"Are you alright, are you ok? What's your name?" he enthusiastically asks.

"These teeth. What the f**k?" the bride then exclaims in a voice-over.
And whilst some viewers have seen the funny side to Kieran's prank, former contestant Melinda Willis is the first to warn fans that what happens on the show could follow you along for the long-run.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, she lifted the lid on her time on the show.

"MAFS continued for me and like all the way through airing and past, I just want to go back and just have a good time," she admitted.
Melinda also emphasised the importance of keeping one foot in the inside world during filming.
"I know a lot of people that will go on this show are quite vulnerable, are quite open and they're quite emotional or they can get quite emotionally attached," she explained.
"And I feel like I was too in it, way too in it."

Asked her advice for this year's stars, Melinda added: "I would just be like just detach from it a little, still see the outside world, don't get so consumed in it and enjoy the ride.
"Do you know, like even after the show aired, I didn't get to enjoy watching the show back."
