Married At First Sight UK star Amy has revealed the real reason she read her 'savage' final vows in all black.
Yesterday's episode was a pretty dramatic one indeed, as we saw the remaining MAFS UK couples in their final commitment ceremonies. And let's just say, it went a whole lot smoother for some more than others.
Now, the pair have faced a bunch of hurdles during their relationship with it all coming to a peak last night during their final vows which saw Amy opting for a get-up to 'mourn' their marriage, declaring it was over, all whilst Luke revealed he was still keen to remain together.

The reality TV star took to Instagram yesterday (12 November) to share a statement following the bombshell episode.
Sharing a series of snaps from the ultimate commitment ceremony - which looked more like a funeral than a romantic declaration of love given Amy's all-black outfit complete with lacy black gloves and a matching fascinator.
Amy began: "Some may call it savage, others may say it was justified.

"Just know that I will never apologise for my actions and I want you to know that what I did at final vows was for many reasons, things I had to deal with behind the scenes that you don’t know and probably never will."
She revealed she was 'sad' that Channel 4 viewers didn’t get to see the 'amazing parts' of her and Luke’s relationship and how much she 'supported' him.
"However," Amy continued, "I do not owe strangers on the internet that think they know our story, an explanation to why I did this, as I strongly believe my actions were justified.
"I am a VERY reasonable person and it takes a lot to push me to breaking point."

She carried on: "I did this for all the strong women out there and for those who may not feel strong right now, remember that you have a voice.
"You can stand up for yourself, you can say no, and you don’t have to let anyone deceive & pull you along for the ride, just because they’re attractive and charming."
Rounding off the caption, Amy declared: "My husband might have fooled the nation, but he was never going to fool me.

"I wish him all the best in his future sought out acting career. Lots of love, the corpse bride."
A few hours later, Amy shared two more follow-up statements to her story, writing: "You people are actually hilarious. I had my closest people around me tonight because I was struggling so much with the hate and abuse online.

"Sorry if having a nice time and a celebration to thank everyone that had been there for me through the toughest time to block out you nasty vile disgusting peoples is wrong.
"No matter what I do, it will be wrong so you have a nice day and so will I."
She added: "Ps just to let you know Luke said 'well done' to me after my vows and proceeded to say 'I almost burst out laughing when you said deceased' as that was a personal joke between us to say when something was funny."
