Old episodes of Donald Trump’sThe Apprentice have just been released again, and the internet is divided.
That’s right, the business mogul was once the US’s version of Lord Sugar, where he would fire and hire the best entrepreneurs the nation has to offer.
But do people want to watch the 2004 series after his two terms of presidency?

Well, Amazon seems to reckon so as it has announced it will begin streaming the reality TV show, which was famous for boosting Trump's profile.
The now President of the United States began his tenure on the show on season one, where he would select employees to come up with great ideas and figure out how they would boost profits and market it to the public.

Essentially, it’s like our show, but American.

Anyway, Amazon Prime Video announced the news on Twitter, letting viewers know they can travel back in time to watch the beginning of Trump’s reality TV venture, writing: “A reality TV time capsule. Travel back to 2004 with Season 1 of The Apprentice, now streaming exclusively on Prime Video. Catch new seasons every week.”
Of course, that went about as well as you’d expect and the comments were completely divided on whether they would even dare watch it based on his new status as the president.
Well, whether you like the show or now, Trump made it a success, and he even befriended the show's executive producer, Mark Burnett, who is still his pal today.
"The Apprentice is one of the best shows that I ever produced. The charismatic onscreen presence of President Donald J. Trump made it a bona fide hit!" Burnett once said in a press release.

Burnett, who also produced Survivor and Shark Tank, was appointed special envoy to the United Kingdom last year in December thanks to Trump’s order.

Trump, who clearly has fond memories of The Apprentice, said via the press release: "I look forward to watching this show myself — such great memories, and so much fun. but most importantly, it was a learning experience for all of us!"
Ah, but not everyone agreed with his excitement.

In the comments people were torn, with one person writing: “No way in hell will I watch it.”
Someone else wrote: “Rather catch Ebola.”
Then there were people who couldn’t wait to dig into the show and wanted to see Trump as a businessman in his element.
A user shared: “Yes! It’s on Prime! The Apprentice.”

Another wrote: “I’ve always wanted to watch at least a few episodes of this.”
A third commented: “Exciting news.”
It’s not everyone’s cup of tea - but it might be an interesting watch in light of his recent moves as president.
