Holly Willoughby has faced all sorts of challenges and bizarre encounters on This Morning, but I don't think she's ever been pooed on before.
It's not exactly something you'd expect to have to deal with as the celebrity host of a daytime chat show, but there's a first time for everything, and today it was Willoughby's time to face a toilet-related mishap.
The unfortunate blunder took place when Willoughby and her co-host Craig Doyle welcomed fellow mum Ferne McCann on to the show along with her new daughter, Finty, who was born in July.

As McCann's segment got underway, Doyle revealed there had been a 'major incident' just seconds before the camera started rolling.
Willoughby explained: “I needed a cuddle, I jumped straight in, so me and Finty had a little cuddle but she sat down and had a release."
As a mum-of-three herself, Willoughby is probably no stranger to such accidents, though I'm sure it's a bit different when it comes from someone else's child.
Thankfully the presenter took it all in her stride, joking: “I always think it is better out than in, we all felt relieved."

This Morning flashed back to show viewers a quick look at the incident as it took place, showing Willoughby spotting Finty's freshly soiled white onesie before checking whether her own dress had been caught in the chaos.
McCann joined Willoughby in addressing the incident live on the show, saying: "Poo explosion! She got a bit of stage fright bless her.”
Willoughby made clear that she didn't mind, addressing Finty as she said the pair 'bonded' when the little girl took her bathroom break.

“I was just panicking about your dress," McCann responded.
The former TOWIE star is now a mum-of-two after she welcomed her youngest daughter with her fiancé, Lorri Haines.
McCann also shares her older daughter, five-year-old Sunday, with her ex-partner, Arthur Collins.

The reality TV star told OK! Magazine Sunday has been 'so good' following the family's new arrival, adding: "She’s taken on the big sister role. I think it’s a girl’s natural instinct – she’s loving changing the nappy. She finds the poo hysterical.
"She doesn’t understand how delicate Finty is and she’s like, ‘I want to hold her.’ She’s just obsessed with her.”
McCann has also praised Haines for being a 'brilliant' dad. The pair got engaged in July 2022 after they first started dating in 2021.
