Former *NSYNC star Lance Bass has been condemned online for mocking Amber Heard’s court testimony in a now-deleted TikTok.
The clip, shared on Monday (May 16), saw Bass ‘reenact’ a part of Heard’s testimony in her ongoing court battle with her former spouse Johnny Depp when she spoke of him alleging striking her for the first time.
Sitting in his living room, Bass lipsynced to the Aquaman star’s recorded testimony: “At this point, we’re sitting next to each other on the edge of the couch.

“I was just sitting there on this carpet, looking at the dirty carpet, wondering how I wound up on this carpet and why I never noticed that the carpet was so filthy before,” the audio continued while he lay down on the floor picking leaves scattered on his rug.
Captioning the short clip, he penned: “In honour of the trial starting back up… Had. To. Do. It.”

Soon after sharing the post, the former boyband star branded “disgusting” for mocking on social media while others insisted his actions were an example of the “campaign” being waged against the actress online.
One wrote on Twitter: “There will be a reckoning about how many people are acting in a couple years. Truly disgusting.”
“What a t**l. Sick and phony why they all mock Amber (a woman) and never the man... misogyny,” another posted.

A third fumed: “No one does any of this when a male celeb is believed by the masses to he an abuser… I wonder why?”
“This is literally just a “burn the witch” moment for society and it’s disgusting,” another added.
While a fifth concluded: “Thinking of all the women survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse who are silently observing the vile misogyny permeating this trial, and feeling like nobody will ever believe them either.
“Year after year and we still learn nothing. Disgusting.”
Johnny Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 35, in a $50 million (£38.2 million) defamation lawsuit over abuse claims she made a piece for The Washington Post in 2018.

Depp’s legal team say the article implies Heard was physically and sexually abused by Depp when they were married, although the article does not mention him by name.
The trial comes after Depp lost a bid to overturn a damning High Court ruling which rejected the actor's claim that The Sun newspaper committed libel when they called him a 'wife-beater' for the alleged abuse against Heard.
