The owner of a small business has claimed they are 'aware' after Meghan Markle announced her new lifestyle brand with the same name.
The Duchess recently made a return to social media, announcing the launch of her new Netflix show and lifestyle brand, which are both set to launch on 4 March.
With Love, Meghan, will see her joined by a plethora of celebrity guests, as she shares her tips for cooking, hosting, and gardening.

And her brand, now called As Ever, will sell 'fruit preserves' and 'non-medicated hair preparations', as well as candles, stationery, and jewellery.
But the owner of a small business with the exact same name has now spoken out.

It turns out that As Ever is also a New York-based clothing company that has been in circulation since 2017.

In a statement, the brand said: "In the last 36 hours there has been an outpouring of support and concern regarding recent events around our namesake brand.
"We are aware. We are not affiliated."
They added: "It’s 2025. We are grateful to still be here making clothing in New York & New Jersey.
"We are grateful for all the customers coast to coast and world wide that have supported our venture. We will continue As Ever."

But this isn't the first time that the name of Meghan's brand was affiliated with another company.
The original name of her lifestyle brand was American Riviera Orchard, and was promoted in April 2024.
However, certain issues caused the founder to change the name to As Ever.

The previous name had been a reference to where she and Prince Harry live in California - but Meghan blamed the name switch-up on the fact it quickly 'limited [her] me to things which were manufactured and grown in this area'.
Speaking about the launch on Instagram, she said: "As Ever essentially means as it's always been, and if you've followed me since 2014 with The Tig, you know I've always loved cooking and crafting and gardening - this is what I do."
The Tig was the blog that Meghan had run since 2014, but was forced to close in 2017, a year prior to marring Prince Harry.
In a slight dig to this, she added: "I haven't been able to share it with you in the same way for the past few years, but now I can so, as things are starting to trickle out there, I wanted you to hear it from me first."
