The series ends with Satan wreaking havoc on Earth while Amily and Clark attempt to escape his wrath.
While the loved-up couple seem to escape unharmed by the series end, Clark is told by God that he'll be on his own for a while and will have to fend for himself without her help.
However, as Clark and Amily drive away, daring to believe that everything might work out okay, a plague of locusts follow along behind them.
After tearing through all eight episodes of the series, fans took to Twitter in praise of Melissa McCarthy's sensational performance, recommending it as a must-watch and calling for a second season... and a third.
