All eight instalments of the Harry Potter series are now available to watch on Netflix in the UK and Ireland, and fans can't contain their excitement.
The streaming giant confirmed on 16 May that the iconic film franchise will be made available for users, and now many are tweeting their plans to have a movie marathon.
The films had not been available in the UK on Netflix due to licensing and geographical restrictions. However, determined Potterheads could still find them if they logged in using a VPN.

Beginning in 2001, the Harry Potter movies series became a generational classic. It took some £6.16 billion ($7.7 billion) at the box office and has spawned a raft of spin-offs and video games.
However, others have highlighted their disappointment that Netflix is turning to old classics, but neglecting newer material. Some drew attention to the series Lockwood and Co. which was recently cancelled by the platform after just one season, despite being in the platform's global top 10 list for nearly a whole month.
One social media user wrote: "Stop relying on old movies and shows to bring in your money and views, focus on your new content - your new Netflix original content. You fumbled hard with Lockwood and Co and adding these movies won't cover it up."

While another said: "There are ghosts in Lockwood an Co too, why not renew it?"
Nonetheless, fans of the Harry Potter movies were delighted, with some saying they can finally stop using 'dodgy sites' to stream the movies, or even put away the old DVDs.
It's not the only big news to come out of the Harry Potter franchise in recent months. In April, HBO Max announced that it has green-lit a new TV show which will be a full adaptation of the seven-part book series.
HBO confirmed that the adaptation would be released over a period of some ten years and aims to take the franchise's appeal into a new generation of fans.
