And Antigoni is already used to the spotlight, with her mum being celebrity chef Tonia Buxton - a regular on Sunday Brunch.
Speaking about why she wants to go on the show, Antigoni said: "I’ve been single for almost a year and a half and for the whole of the last year my goal has been to have as many different experiences as possible.
"I really just want to say ‘yes’ to things. Why not? It’ll be fun. I’m a Cypriot girl and I love being in the sun. I’ve got nothing to lose!"

Meanwhile, Tonia has also spoken out about her daughter being part of the show, writing on Instagram: "I can not believe that my @antigoni is in the Love Island Villa, she mentioned she would be sunbathing this week I didn’t think she meant in Mallorca!
"We are all so excited for you and know you will be amazing! You have always been an island girl, so I know you will fit right in!
"Hoping you all love and support my girl, I know she will make us proud!"
Antigoni's arrival means Gemma Owen won't be the only Islander with a famous family member. Gemma's dad is ex Liverpool, Real Madrid, Newcastle United and Manchester United star Michael Owen.

It's not clear whether the other Islanders know about Gemma's famous connections, but upon leaving the villa, Afia Tonkmor explained it wasn't spoken about during her time on the show.
"I did know before I went in because I watched her VT," she said.
"But if people do know, they don’t care… nobody really cares."

Elsewhere in Tuesday's episode, fans have been left suspicious after Jay and Ekin-Su's conversation.
The investment analyst and actress are currently in a couple after she sensationally left Davide for the bombshell when he entered the villa.
While the pair said on Tuesday's episode that they would have left if the other had been dumped, fans on social media aren't so sure.
