In the film franchise, the InGen CEO died shortly after the events The Lost World: Jurassic Park, released in 1997. In real life, Attenborough died in 2014.
Jurassic World: Dominion is set to be the sixth and final Jurassic World entry in the dinosaur film franchise which began in 1993.
The film will also mark the reunion of several original cast members including Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and Laura Dern for the first time in decades.
Including a voiceover from the original film spoken by Attenborough’s John Hammond could be director Colin Trevorrow’s way of keeping the late actor's memory alive in the upcoming film.

Jurassic World stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will return as main characters Owen Grady and Claire Dearing and will be joined by Justice Smith as Franklin Webb.
Trevorrow has teased some of the dinosaurs fans can expect to see in the new film, including the truly spectacular Pyroraptors, Moros intrepidus, and Atrociraptors. He hinted that the latter is the one fans should keep an eye on.
"These things will just come at you. And in this particular case, they’ve picked his scent, and they’re not going to stop until he’s dead. They’re pretty brutal. They’re pretty vicious," he told Empire.

Dominion picks up four years after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, in which we saw genetically engineered dinosaurs being auctioned off to companies around the world.
It has been promoted as the final film in the Jurassic World trilogy, more films in the future haven't been entirely ruled out.
Producer Frank Marshall said Dominion is the “start of a new era” when asked by Collider if the third Jurassic World film would be an endpoint.
