Chrissy Teigen has hit back at cruel trolls after she was criticised following the revelation her 2020 miscarriage was actually life-saving abortion.
The model and author, 36, explained that the circumstances around her son Jack's stillbirth were not what they appeared to be at the Propper Daley's A Day of Unreasonable Conversation summit on 15 September.

As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, she explained: "It became very clear around halfway through that he would not survive, and that I wouldn't either without any medical intervention.
"Let's just call it what it was: It was an abortion."
Teigen went on to explain that she only recently accepted herself that what she experienced was an abortion.
She continued: "[It was] an abortion to save my life for a baby that had absolutely no chance. And to be honest, I never, ever put that together until, actually, a few months ago."

The media personality then took to Twitter on Friday (16 September) to hit back at trolls who criticised her for the heartbreaking revelation.
She wrote: "I knew this would happen, and honestly I've already seen you do your worst so if this makes you feel better, great. It doesn't make me feel worse though."
Alongside the post, Teigen shared screenshots of the comments section from Glamour magazine's Instagram post about her abortion revelation.
One of the cruel comments read: "Well we already gave you a Pity Party so what to do w/ this information?"
When Teigen first announced the death of her son in September 2020, she said that she was admitted to hospital as she was experiencing severe bleeding.

She said: "We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we've never felt before.
"We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn't enough."
In August of this year, Teigen revealed that she is pregnant again, however, she is understandably anxious after what happened two years ago.

She wrote on Instagram: "Every appointment I've said to myself, 'ok if it's healthy today I'll announce' but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I'm just too nervous still.
"I don't think I'll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I'm feeling hopeful and amazing."
