Kim Kardashian has opened up about the rules she's given to her nine-year-old daughter North when it comes to using TikTok.
Kardashian fans can keep up with both Kim and North on their joint TikTok page, @kimandnorth, where the family members share videos both together and separately.
The nine-year-old shares videos of herself singing, dancing and hanging out with friends and family, though the bio of the account assures it is 'managed by an adult'.

In a recent interview on Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP podcast, Kardashian admitted it's hard keeping her kids off TikTok when their friends and cousins already use it.
While other parents might be concerned to have their children on social media from such a young age, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star insisted she takes precautions and said she is doing what she thinks is best in terms of controlling North's usage.
Kim commented: "I think every family is different, even within my family. How Kourtney operates, how Khloé operates, how Kylie — we always say every family is different.
"With social media, it is hard because all the cousins, all my nieces and nephews, they're all best friends with my kids. They're all the same ages.

"So if [North's cousin] Penelope has a TikTok, North wants a TikTok, and all the girls at school have a TikTok."
To keep track of her daughter's usage, Kim only allows North to use TikTok on her own phone, and comments are turned off on the account to prevent North from seeing any abuse from trolls.
"It's not something where she can scroll and look at things. We don't do comments," Kim explained, adding that North 'loves' to make videos and the app 'makes her so happy'.

"She’s so innocent in so many ways," Kim said.
She continued: "I found a groove with her TikTok. As long as it's me and her together and I'm there. That works for now. But it's a crazy world, I don't deny that."
Kim's comments come after North's dad Kanye West previously criticised the idea of North using TikTok, writing in a post online that he needed to know 'what [he] should do' about North being put on TikTok 'against [his] will'.
"My children ain't going to be on TikTok without my permission," Kanye has stated previously.
