Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reunited for an admirable Thanksgiving cause following his split from Jennifer Lopez.
Lopez, 55, filed for divorce from Affleck, 52, after just two years of marriage, with the official date of their separation noted as 26 April, 2024.
Since their separation, the 'Ain't Your Mama' singer has detailed her plans for the holidays while Affleck decided to spend Thanksgiving with his ex-wife, Garner, 52, who separated in 2015 after ten years of marriage and divorced three years later.

The former couple, who share three children Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, helped homeless shelter The Midnight Mission serve thousands of free meals to the unhoused community in the Skid Row area.
Affleck and Garner were joined by the likes of American Horror Story’s Sarah Paulson, Dancing with the Stars professional Sasha Farber and his partner Jenn Tran.
A snap posted by a Paulson fan account saw Affleck and Ben smiling as they donned aprons and hair nets to help out with the admirable case.

They captioned the post: "Sarah Paulson spent Thanksgiving GIVING!"
"Together with Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck and with her bestie Amanda Peet! They volunteered and served free meals to the unhoused community in LA earlier today, organised by The Midnight Mission."
Fans have since rushed to the comments to share their elation over the surprise reunion with one writing: "This is beautiful, I like seeing Jen and Ben doing something special together! Great way to spend your Thanksgiving!"

"Really great to see you all together for a great cause! Ben looks HAPPY!" penned another, while a final Instagram user beamed: "Now THAT'S the good stuff we want to see!"
Despite Affleck and Lopez's split, the pair have continued to have multiple 'run-ins', and are actually working together on the upcoming sports drama which is set to hit cinemas next week (6 December).
Affleck is actually one of the producers of the flick, titled Unstoppable, which stars Lopez as Judy Robles, the mother of Anthony Robles (played by Jharrel Jerome), who was born with one leg and became a champion wrestler.
Based on a true story, Lopez opened up about her role who she admittedly thought was a 'smaller character' in the incredible story until she finally met the woman herself.

Speaking at a cinema screening of Unstoppable at the Cineworld in Leicester Square last month (5 November), The Backup Plan actress explained that the plot of the upcoming movie was 'relatable' for women in 'challenging relationships' - which could be a reference to her split from Affleck, recently admitting it had been a 'f*cking hard' summer for her.
