JoJo Siwa and her ex-partner Kath Ebbs announced their relationship had come to an end following her departure from Celebrity Big Brother.
Siwa's time in the Celebrity Big Brother house was surely an eventful one, with the 'Karma' singer first being the target of homophobic comments from her fellow housemate, Mickey Rourke.
Then Siwa opened up with Danny Beard on how her time in the house had made her realise she 'wasn't a lesbian' and now identifies as 'queer', while also making an honest admission about gender identity.

However, one thing that kept viewers in their seat was her friendship with Love Island alum, Chris Hughes, with many at home commenting on how close they seemed to be, however, the two have maintained that their relationship is strictly platonic.
On Sunday (27 April), Ebbs took to social media to reveal that their relationship with Siwa had come to an end.
On an interview with This Morning, JoJo later clarified what happened, saying that she and Kath had talked things out at the show's afterparty, adding: "They straight up asked me if I was happy, and I said no. And, you know, one thing led to another, and that conversation did take place there."

When asked by Ben Shepherd whether her friendship with Chris was a 'catalyst' in the decision, both she and Chris said their friendship was just that - a friendship.
Since then, JoJo has posted an update on her Instagram of her and Chris playing tennis together, and fans can't decide whether the 21-year-old navigated the situation correctly.
Some were quick to defend the singer, with one person writing on X: "Not to become a JoJo Siwa stan account but literally what else was she supposed to do after being away from her life for the first time since actual birth and realising what she wants I don't know."

Another agreed, adding: "Not to defend JoJo Siwa TOO much but having a digital three week detox and discovering things about herself and as a result breaking up with her partner…likely thing for a 21 year old to do."
Meanwhile, a third said: "Literally. Why can’t people understand that.
"Yes it sucks for her partner but surely if she doesn’t know what she wants and her feelings are confused, leaving her partner rather than messing her around is absolutely the right move?"

A fourth said: "Like, she’s 21 exploring her sexuality and identity. Let her be."
But others didn't agree, as someone else said: "I just wish JoJo did it in a private place instead of an afterparty where people were around them.
"I can see why she broke up with them but to do it in a place so public is messed up. That's pretty much my only issue with the whole thing."
Another agreed, adding she 'could have at least waited until the next day', while a third added that they think she'd 'benefit' from time away from the spotlight.
