Freddie Prinze Jr. has revealed why you're very unlikely to see him and his wife Sarah Michelle Gellar out and about anytime soon.
The pair have been married for 22 years and it's fair to say that Hollywood doesn’t always have the best track record when it comes to marriages.
But the former Scooby-Doo co-stars have definitely beaten the odds. They were a ‘90s ‘it couple’ after meeting in 1997 on the set of I Know What You Did Last Summer.

They tied the knot in 2002, the same year the iconic Scooby-Doo live action movie was released, and together they share daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze, 15, and son Rocky James Prinze, 12.
After celebrating their 22nd wedding anniversary on September 1, Freddie Prinze Jr. revealed the couple go to great lengths to keep their union out of the spotlight.
“That's by choice, though. You can control it to a certain degree,” the She’s All That star said on the Oldish Podcast earlier this month.

“I don't know how deliberate [other celebrities] are in trying to avoid that BS, other people. I know how easy it's been for us because I don't go anywhere. I don't go to parties. People don't see Sarah and I out and about at the popular places.
“We have our restaurants that we like, and they're not super trendy in places where, you know, paparazzi hang out. So we're good at avoiding it.”
He added: “I'm not trying to s*** on anyone, but it's not that hard [to avoid attention], if you really [want to].
“There's no secret to it and it wasn't, like, hard. We just don't like that life, you know?

"She grew up in New York. She experienced everything before she was 21 years old, like, nightclubs and all that stuff. And I can count on one hand how many clubs I've been [to] my whole life.”
Freddie and Sarah are apparently more likely to be spotted out and about at theme parks, like Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm.
Sarah previously said she would not let her daughter get into show business until she's 18.

The Buffy The Vampire Slayer legend has been in the entertainment industry for virtually her entire life, after starting out as a child actor.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the mum-of-two said that the fact she and husband are famous changes things.
"Does it scare the s*** out of me?" she asked. "Well, we have rules in place. She can't be in front of a camera until she graduates high school.
"She says to me, 'That’s unfair. You were a child actor'. Yes, I was. But I was not the child of two famous parents."

Gellar went on: "I’ll never stop her from being on a set. But she’s just not going on camera while she’s living under our roof.
"There’ll be different expectations for her, so she needs to learn everything there is first."
