Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle shared a bizarre message about his wife Emma McVey just weeks before announcing their split earlier today, following two years of marriage.
Gaz, 35, shared the shock news with fans during an Instagram Q&A, saying that there was no ‘bad blood’ between him and Emma, who share two kids – Chester and Primrose.
A number of fans had started to speculate that something was up after realising the duo didn't appear in one another's social media posts as much as they had done before.

One asked in a comment: "Have you and Emma split up? You are never in the same photos or post anything about each other anymore. Just curious."
Gaz then confirmed their suspicions on his Stories, when someone asked if he was still with his wife.
“We split three weeks ago,” he said.

“We are still friends, there is no bad blood or anything and we have worked out the best way of doing it for the kids, which for me and Emma is always going to be the most important thing.
“We both deserve to be happy as well as being parents.”
Another person asked if he planned to stay in Leeds now that they have broken up, to which he said: "I can't be too far away from the kids so I'll probs be looking like an hour radius, as I think Newcastle will be too much of a travel with them weekly and during the week.”
Gaz's last grid post featuring Emma was posted on 13 September, resharing a photo from earlier in the year with a slightly bizarre message.

"Don’t look a day over 20. Love how you still get ID’d for a can of Monster."
Customers have to be aged 16 or over to buy Monster, but shops are encouraged to ID anyone who looks 25 or under.

One person commented: “Day over 20? She’s [about] 35 isn’t she!”
Earlier this year, Gaz shared a heartfelt tribute to Emma when she underwent surgery to fix several holes in her heart.
Updating fans to let them know that the surgery had gone ‘amazing[ly] and all to plan’, he said: “They fixed the valve without having to have a replacement.
“And the large hole was fixed and also two smaller holes.

“She is awake and in recovery... in a lot of pain but talking and good.
“Now it’s about recovery and making sure she gets back to full fitness over the next few months.
“Thank you to everyone who has been messaging.”
With Emma expected to take three months to recover from the surgery, Gaz made it clear she will have his full support throughout, expressing how proud he was of his wife in a heartfelt post - saying they would get through the process as a family.
