Fans of Britney Spears are up in arms over the news that her sister Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly set to take part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! this year.
The 32-year-old actress could be joining the likes of Nigel Farage in the Australian jungle this year, but not everyone is happy about it.
Jamie Lynn is the younger singer of the ‘Oops! I Did It Again’ hitmaker, Britney Spears, and was on another reality competition show, Dancing With The Stars, in the States just a few weeks ago.

After rising to fame as a teen actress on the Nickelodeon sitcom Zoey 101, she currently stars in the Netflix drama Sweet Magnolias.
But with the SAG-AFTRA strike still going on and Hollywood productions still unable to film, Jamie Lynn has apparently turned her attention elsewhere.
A source has claimed that the mum-of-two will be jetting off Down Under to face Ant and Dec’s Bushtucker Trials imminently.

“Jamie Lynn has got decades of history and bad blood with Britney to rake over and has laid out her feelings pretty clearly in her own book,” the insider told The Mirror.
“It will be interesting to hear her spill the beans about her life and her family and the controversial conservatorship – and to find out whether the sisters really do get along now – or not.”
Once Britney’s fanbase, known as the ‘Britney Army’, heard about Jamie Lynn’s news, they took to X - formerly known as Twitter - to air their frustrations.

One fan declared: “‘Right if the rumours are true that Jamie Lynn Spears is going on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, we need to vote her to do every single trial!! It’s what she deserves.”
Another angry social media user commented: “I never thought I’d see a parallel between Jamie Lynn Spears and Matt Hancock but here we are, wishing them nothing but bug filled eyeballs.”
The sisters have had a tumultuous relationship in recent years, with Jamie Lynn recently saying during an interview for Special Forces: World's Toughest Test: “Growing up, my sister became famous — worldwide famous — when I was very young.
“It just feels like every time I work really hard to get something on my own, it’s not really worth it.”

Jamie then noted: “I’m so proud of her, love her to death, but I don’t know. Sometimes I feel like I don’t really have anything for myself.”
