Justin Timberlake appeared to joke about his drink driving arrest at two of his concerts.
The 43-year-old singer was arrested a few back in (17 June) in New York over allegations of driving while intoxicated.
According to a statement seen by the PA news agency, police pulled him over in a 2025 BMW for driving through a stop sign in Sag Harbor, an affluent village in the Hamptons, and failing to stay within the lines on the road.

When officers stopped him, they described his eyes as 'bloodshot and glassy', and had a 'strong odour of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath'.
According to court documents, Timberlake’s speech was slowed, and he claimed only had 'one martini' with friends.
"He was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardised field sobriety tests," the court papers added.

The singer has currently been charged with one count of DWI and two traffic violations, and is due in court later this month (26 July).
And now, it seems the NSYNC veteran has addressed the arrest during one of his latest concerts of his 'Everything I Thought It Was' tour over the weekend.
Crowd footage from the night shows Timberlake asking the crowd at Boston's TD Garden arena: "Is there anyone here that is driving, no I'm just kidding."

He also briefly addressed the situation last Friday (28 June), telling the Chicago crowd: "It's been a tough week.
"I know I'm hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me right back."
He later told his fans they have all faced 'ups-and-downs and lefts-and-rights'.
Since the news of his arrest got out, people were left in stitches after hearing what police reportedly said to Timberlake when arresting him.

It seemed like the coppers had absolutely no clue who Timberlake, who had just kicked off his global tour of his sixth album, was.
Sources told Page Six that the police were allegedly 'so young' that they 'didn’t even know' who the 10-time Grammy winner was.
Insiders have said they didn’t recognise him or know the name.

It has been reported that Timberlake told officers 'under his breath' that his arrest would 'ruin the tour' to which they replied, 'what tour?'.
Timberlake has strongly denied the charges he faces, with his lawyer saying he looks forward to 'vigorously defending' him.
