Louise Thompson has revealed how her son Leo-Hunter has reacted to her newly-fitted ileostomy bag.
The Made in Chelsea alumni, 33, announced earlier this month that she had a ‘life-saving’ stoma bag fitted, after years of battling various health issues.
On Tuesday, (April 16), Louise took to Instagram to share an update on how her family is adjusting to the change.

In a quick clip, her son Leo, two, could be seen fiddling with the ‘little grey pouch’. You can watch the moment below:
Explaining his fascination, she wrote in overlay text: “My son has a really funny obsession with my ileostomy bag. I have no idea how he knows to say ‘poo poo’, but I guess he’s smarter than I thought.
“Isn’t it wonderful how unaffected our children are by awkward and ‘taboo’ subjects?”

She added to her 1.4 million followers: “If only we could all be this non judgemental.”
In the post’s caption, the University of Edinburgh graduate continued to say that, while Leo is interested in the bag, he has yet to learn that pointing out a pimple on his mother’s face isn’t polite.
“I guess boo boo and poo poo sound similar. The #stoma is a bit of a both. It’s both an ouchy and a way to go to the loo.”

The reality TV star then went on to say that she was sharing the ‘off the cuff’ video because she doesn’t want others living with ileostomy bags to be ‘ashamed’.
Louise wrote: “Nothing to be ashamed of. Still the same human on the inside. I haven’t had a personality transplant. I can still dress, walk and talk the same.”
After watching the sweet video, which has already been viewed more than 802,000 times, fans jumped into the comments section to praise the mum-of-one for her openness.
One Instagram user wrote: “Well done Louise- keep sharing your story- you are helping so so many people. Love to see this.”

A second said: “You are an inspiration to many and above all the best role model that Leo could possibly wish for.”
“I love this!!! Wear it with pride & be a trailblazer breaking down those silly stigmas ! You’re a goddess Louise,” replied another.
A fourth commented: “You are an inspiration boss lady! And we thank you for always being so raw and honest you are beautiful.”

Last week, Louise revealed she’d had a stoma bag fitted after suffering a multitude of health problems over the last few months.
The businesswoman previously revealed she had ulcerative colitis, a chronic bowel condition, which tends to leave parts of the digestive tract swollen, inflamed and ulcerated.
Ulcerative colitis can be draining and can sometimes lead to life-threatening complications, as per Mayo Clinic.
Symptoms include rectal pain and bleeding, fatigue, fever, the inability to defecate despite urgency and sometimes weight loss.
The NHS states that, while the condition can be treated with medication, surgery to remove some or all of the bowel (colon) is offered if the sufferer’s life is being negatively affected.
