The eagerly-anticipated Mean Girls film has, at long last, finally hit UK cinemas and many of us having been buzzing to finally get our latest fix of The Plastics, Aaron Samuels and all the other chaos at North Shore High School.
The new movie - which adapts the 2018 Broadway version of the 2004 classic flick - was released on Friday (19 January) and sees a few familiar faces return. Including the likes of Cady Heron - AKA Lindsay Lohan herself - who played the iconic character in the OG version.
Now, Lindsay doesn't actually play Cady in the new Mean Girls, but she does make a brief cameo and you'll never guess what she reportedly earned for her short and sweet stint in the flick.

The official premise for the musical remake, which comes 20 years after the original, reads: "From the comedic mind of Tina Fey comes a new twist on the modern classic, Mean Girls.
"New student Cady Heron (Angourie Rice) is welcomed into the top of the social food chain by the elite group of popular girls called 'The Plastics,' ruled by the conniving queen bee Regina George (Reneé Rapp) and her minions Gretchen (Bebe Wood) and Karen (Avantika).

"However, when Cady makes the major misstep of falling for Regina’s ex-boyfriend Aaron Samuels (Christopher Briney), she finds herself prey in Regina’s crosshairs.
"As Cady sets to take down the group’s apex predator with the help of her outcast friends Janis (Auli’i Cravalho) and Damian (Jaquel Spivey), she must learn how to stay true to herself while navigating the most cutthroat jungle of all: high school."
Fey wrote the book for the Broadway play, with music created by her husband, Jeff Richmond, alongside lyrics by Nell Benjamin.

Lindsay makes a quick cameo in the musical adaptation during a maths competition scene, but the amount she was allegedly paid for just four hours’ work may shock you.
According to Variety, the 37-year-old raked in a staggering $500,000 for the cameo role, which is pretty sizeable considering her original portrayal as Cady took two months to film and reportedly earned her just double the lump sum with a $1 million salary.
Obviously, inflation and all that jazz comes into it but you have to admit - that's a pretty big number.
Mean Girls is set to hit cinemas in the UK on Friday, 19 January.
