Selena, 32, first opened up on her parenting plans earlier this year, revealing she'd previously formed a general idea of what she wanted to achieve before her 35th birthday - one aspect of which, was becoming a mother.
Speaking to press at a Time 100 Most Influential Companies event back in May, the TV star - who is currently dating musician Benny Blanco - said: "I came up with my plan, which was I was going to adopt at 35 if I had not met anyone."
And speaking to Vanity Fair this week, Selena made an emotional admission about her fertility woes, revealing that ongoing health issues mean she's unlikely to ever be able to carry children.
"I haven’t ever said this, but I unfortunately can’t carry my own children.
