Sienna Miller has hit back at people criticising her for having a baby in her 40s, pointing out the inherent 'misogyny' behind it all.
Now, it's nothing new that there are double standards when it comes to the treatment of men and women - a rife inequality which seems to be only exacerbated when it comes to the weird and wonderful world of Hollywood.
Whether it's attitudes to body-shaming, sex, career, or even parenting, it's clear that women often get the short end of the stick, with many online trolls rushing to social media to blast them in ways they seemingly rarely do on the same scale to men.

And Sienna, 43, clearly knows this all too well after suffering major backlash because - shock horror - she had a child in her 40s with her boyfriend, Oli Green.
But now, she's opened up about it, rightfully pointing out how 'incredibly gendered and unbelievably misogynistic and anti-feminist' it was in a new interview with Elle magazine.
When asked what her experience was like having a baby at 41, Sienna explained that she now has a 12-year-old, Marlowe, as well as her 14-month-old, whose name she is yet to reveal.

The Stardust actress went on to make an extremely point about people and the media's contrasting treatment of women who have children at what is deemed to be an 'older' age compared to male A-listers who go on to have multiple children even when they're decades older than their female counterparts.
"I think there’s a whole load of noise and people have a lot to say and it’s incredibly gendered and unbelievably misogynistic and anti-feminist," Sienna noted. "It’s insane."
The mum-of-two continued: "If your body is capable of it, have the baby. Have a wonderful baby.
"And by the way, I’m a better mother now, and it’s a much more grounded experience."

Sienna encouraged women to 'have all the babies at any time you want to have the babies', before naming the certain male celebs out there who are having kids well into their 70s and 80s, like Al Pacino, who welcomed his youngest child, Romeo, in 2023 at 83, as well as Robert De Niro who welcomed his youngest, Gia, the same year age 79.
"And no one has anything to say about - and I love these people, and they’re friends, which I like to name-drop - Al Pacino and Robert De Niro having kids in their 80s. Forget about your age! It’s irrelevant. It’s absolutely irrelevant," Sienna assured.
