In a celebrity rarity, Suki Waterhouse has lifted the lid on what really went down amid her shock 2015 split from ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper.
The formerly-loved-up couple dated for two years before going their separate ways, with the model and singer going on to get engaged to and welcome a child with actor Robert Pattinson.
Only now, however, has the recent first-time mum reflected on her relationship with Bradley, revealing that their split affected her life in several unexpectedly 'dark' ways.

For those unfamiliar with the British star's relationship history, Suki, 32 - famed for her roles in music drama series Daisy Jones and The Six, and rom-com blockbuster Love, Rosie - reportedly first met The Hangover hunk Bradley at the Elle Style Awards in London in February 2013.
Though she was just 20 at the time, she later told press that the pair had 'immediately hit it off'.
It wasn't until a year later, however, that their relationship shifted from friends to lovers, with Suki recalling to Wonderland magazine how their romance officially began.

"We were dancing at the afterparty, and he asked me if I fancied going to a club," she told the publication.
Despite a promising start - often being papped together looking as loved-up as a pair of teenagers while attending high-profile celebrity events - after just two years, news of Suki and Bradley's split hit the headlines, though neither star discussed went on to discuss the nature of their break-up in public...
Until now, that is, with the singer this week speaking to Vogue about her former flame, revealing that the end of their romance had some long-lasting impacts on her.

Suki told the outlet that she found her split from Cooper 'disorientating' at the time.
"I really will say that I’m pretty strong at this point, but when something very public happens to you and the story behind it is dark and difficult, and you’re actually not doing well, and you can’t explain yourself to the world, that’s very isolating and disorientating," she explained.
"It probably has taken a decade to work myself out and actually be able to have this expansion in my life."
When she and Bradley first went public with their romance, the couple sparked uproar at the time, being that they had a 17-year age gap, with Bradley having just celebrated their 37th birthday when they first met.

Recalling the backlash she received, she told the news outlet that her perspective on love has changed drastically in the last nine years.
"Your 20s are pretty sadistic," she admitted. "The love I experienced [then] was only ever a fetishisation, and I think when you only get loved in that way, you only get punished.
"When you get into your 30s you’re almost instantly afforded a little bit more respect. It’s kind of delightful and shocking at the same time."
