It's been just shy of a year and a half since Gigi Hadid first went public with new beau Bradley Cooper - and still, her fans hardly know anything about their high-profile romance. That is, until this week.
In a bombshell new interview with Vogue, the model has officially spilt the tea on how she and her Oscar-winning hunk got together, and the ways in which they've balanced fame with family.
For those in need of a reminder, after months of speculation, mother-of-one Hadid was photographed hand-in-hand with Cooper for the very first time, whilst strolling through a New York park in October 2023.

Though they've remained together ever since, they've only very rarely made subsequent public appearances together.
And until this week, Hadid, 29, and Cooper, 50, have remained closed books when asked about their personal life by the press.
Speaking to Vogue in an unexpected new interview today (11 Mar), however, the blonde beauty discussed adoration she has for her other-half.

"I respect him so much as a creative," Hadid told the publication of The Hangover actor.
"And I feel that he gives so much to me: encouragement and, just, belief. For those people you admire to encourage you, it can create so much belief in yourself.
"Like, what’s the worst thing if I auditioned for this? You jump and take the leap."
Hadid also went on to recall how she and her actor lover struck up a romantic connection, revealing they'd met at the birthday garden party of one of their mutual friend's child.

And thankfully, since that day, she'd argue that the rest if history. "I think just getting to the point where knowing what you want and deserve in a relationship is essential," the model continued.
"And then to find someone that is in a place in their life where they know what they want and deserve, and you both do work separately to come together and be the best partner that you can be."
Victoria's Secret star Hadid was previously in a long-term romance with One Direction singer Zayn Malik, with the exes still co-parenting their four-year-old daughter, Khai.

Cooper, meanwhile, dated a slew of Hollywood beauties prior to meeting Hadid - including Jennifer Esposito, Renée Zellweger, Zoe Saldaña, Suki Waterhouse. He was also previously married to Russian model Irina Shayk, with whom he shares a nine-year-old daughter.
Arguably even more interesting, however, is that in her new interview, Hadid addressed head-on why she and Cooper are so hesitant to open up about their romance to the public, compared to previous love affairs.

"It’s just not part of our relationship to share for whatever reason," she claimed.

And alluding to life under the watchful eye of critics, she added: "You just have to let it go. You can’t always correct everything."
On dating in the spotlight in general, Hadid also explained: "You want to give yourself a normal experience of dating.
"Even for my friends who aren’t public figures, that’s hard. Where do you go? And, what? You just start talking to people?"
She continued: "And then there’s another added layer of privacy and security. You want to believe that people are going to have your back and not call TMZ or go on Deuxmoi or whatever, but you just don’t know."
That isn't to say they're afraid of being seen together. In fact, Hadid revealed that one of their favourite ways of spending time with one another as a couple is to venture to the theatre.
"Bradley has opened me up to going to the theatre more," she gushed.
"And that’s something that’s so nice to bring back into my life."
