Cynthia Erivo was left pretty 'annoyed' by an interviewer over a seriously 'inappropriate' question about how she goes to the toilet.
The 37-year-old actress, who is currently promoting her latest project, Wicked, alongside co-star Ariana Grande, sat down with Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on his Armchair Expert podcast to discuss the film set to hit cinemas this week (22 November).
Now, Cynthia's become well-known for her stunning themed nail art designs, but clearly, she's beyond over being asked some extremely personal questions about how she goes about her day-to-life with them.
"Can I ask you a really crazy question that’s inappropriate?" Dax began before asking: "When you’re wiping your butt…."

Without hesitation, Cynthia interjected: "I knew you would ask that question."
She also added that it seems like 'no one's afraid' to ask it to her anymore.
"My answer is that nobody uses just their fingers to wipe their backside," the Hollywood A-lister continued. "You use tissue, correct? And you wipe!"
Dax then rephrased his question, continuing to push: "Does the tissue go on the tip of the fingernails, or do you try to get the tissue…"

As he trailed off, Cynthia explained that she uses the 'pads of the fingers'.
"Great, great, great, now we’re getting somewhere," Dax exclaimed and, as if it couldn't get any more awkward, he quipped: "Then you’re just feeling the little tickle of the nails on the crack of your butt sometimes?"
Cynthia then assured: "No, because the tissue is there!"

Dax then asked the actress if she was offended by his question to which she replied: "I'm annoyed by it.
"I'm, like, 'Come on, guys'. But I get it, but it's also, like, 'I'm a functioning adult, and I've never walked around smelling like, you know…'"
Cynthia added: "I'm like, I mean, I’m here! I’m dressed!"

The Grammy winner's manicurist, Mycah Dior, opened up about Cynthia's nails in an interview published last week (14 November) on Bustle.
Speaking about her manicure for the NYC premiere, Dior explained: "This whimsical set is inspired by Wicked of course, and it brings Elphaba and Glinda’s worlds to life.
"Green and pink colours embody their contrasting personalities, with Elphaba’s vivid green skin and Glinda’s soft, light-hearted aura," the manicurist continued.
Dior also revealed just how long the set took, adding: "Every detail adds to the enchanting, whimsical feel of this set - it took about four hours to create."
