This year has brought joy to thousands of 2000s fans as many of our favourite bands have come back together and gone on reunion tours.
From S Club 7 to talks of a potential Girls Aloud get together, JLS are just one of many that are banding back together to bring back nostalgia to fans all over.

Known for their soft toned love ballads and risky backflips, the boyband, which comprises of Aston Merrygold, Ortisé Williams, Marvin Humes and JB Gill, are back on the big stage with their 2006 hits.
But recently, during an attempt to perform a backflip live on stage, Merrygold took a tumble which sent the internet into a frenzy.
On Saturday (11 November), JLS took to the Utilita Arena in Sheffield for the last show on their 2023 tour run, however, it went horribly wrong.

While on stage, the ‘Beat Again’ singer stepped up to prepare for his signature stunt but slipped and fell on his back.
But all seemed to be fine in the end after he got back up to rejoin the group in their choreography, with Williams giving him a quick once over to make sure he wasn’t hurt.
Since the incident, which was caught on camera by a fair few fans, many have taken to social media to wish Merrygold well.
One X user, who was shocked at the fall, said: “In 15 years I have NEVER seen him fall over. Nothing like ending tour with a bang.”

Another user said: “Mistakes/accidents happen sometimes, it’s normal!!!
"He did well to continue, I would have died inside/walked off he’s amazing. Hope he’s OK.”
Luckily, Merrygold has a sense of humour about the whole thing and took to his own TikTok account to poke fun at his fall in two separate videos.

One was a duet of an old video showing a previous performance with the caption, ‘Imagine falling in front of 10000 people’ and another showed his reaction to people talking about his fall.
This incident isn’t the first for the star, who has previously been hospitalised for botching a backflip.
Merrygold's bandmate, Humes, described what happened during the band’s 4th Dimension Tour to The Mirror in 2012.

He said: "One of our dancers slipped a disc, one had a really bad neck injury and one a knee injury. Then Aston fell on his head which was pretty nasty.”
Merrygold went on to explain: "It's been full-on. As well as landing on my head, I busted my knee and [JB Gill] did his, too.'’
The Sheffield show marked the last tour date JLS have planned until next summer.
Let’s hope there are no more incidents until then!
