Rylan Clarke has jumped to the defence of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Tulisa Contostavlos this evening, following the N-Dubz singer's debut appearance Down Under.
The musician joined nine other big-name stars on tonight's episode (17 November), but sadly, a handful of viewers have taken to social media to slam her appearance, claiming the 36-year-old looks worlds away from her X-Factor judging days.
Little do these online trolls know, however, that the star tweaked her appearance after a devastating health diagnosis back in 2020. Take a look:
Tulisa revealed back in 2020 that she'd been diagnosed with Bell's palsy, a condition involving a type of facial paralysis where the muscles in the affected side of the face are hard to move on a temporary basis.

Appearing on Loose Women, she insisted she hadn't gone wholly under the knife until more recently, despite speculation that she'd amended her looks in the years prior.
"I hadn't had any surgery until, confession time, recently," she began by telling viewers.
"All the time before there was no surgery, it was only fillers."
Addressing the reasoning behind her injectables, she revealed her diagnosis had left her face both swollen and inflamed, and sparked her decision to make amendments to her looks.

"I had a massive burst of inflammation and it went down but my whole face dropped," the former X Factor judge explained.
"I couldn't move it, my face remained like that for seven months, I didn't go out, I just hid in the house."
And as we say, Tulisa's former X Factor co-star Rylan Clarke has released a statement online in the hope of standing up for his long-term pal and condemning those questioning her looks.

"Also before people start going for appearance," the ex Big Brother presenter joked in a damning tweet. "Tulisa has been through a lot health wise the last few years so let’s not make sh*t jokes about her on twitter yeah x"
Also joining presenters Ant and Dec on the show this year are Coleen Rooney, McFly musician Danny Jones, Strictly Come Dancing pro Oti Mabuse, Loose Women panellist Jane Moore, Radio 1 star Dean McCullough and boxing promoter Barry McGuigan.
The line-up will also see kids television presenter Melvin Odoom taking part, alongside Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall and TikTok influencer GK Barry.

And according to some rumours, we may even be seeing two additional stars making a surprise appearance Down Under in the following days.
