MAFS UK viewers call out Luke over behaviour during pottery that will ‘ruin wife’s memories of grandad’

MAFS UK viewers call out Luke over behaviour during pottery that will ‘ruin wife’s memories of grandad’

Channel 4 viewers have rushed to social media to share their verdicts on the couple's steamy pottery date

This week on Married At First Sight UK has been jam-packed with a whole bunch of drama - and that's an understatement.

Channel 4 viewers watched on as the 'wife swap' drama came to a head after Lacey revealed Hannah and Orson 'lipsed', despite being married to Stephen and Rochelle respectively, prompting both sets of couples to leave the experiment.

We also teared up after watching Kieran's bombshell admission to Kristina that he was 'really questioning' if he would be able to 'to sustain a relationship with someone that suffers with PMDD'.

And then there was a massive spat when Sacha finally called out Alex for his 'misogynist' behaviour, after it was clear that none of the other grooms were planning to.

Last night's episode (22 October), however, saw a whole lot of more of couple Luke and Amy with many MAFS UK fans comparing the groom to a fellow reality TV star who appeared on ITV's Love Island back in 2022 and ended up winning the thing - none other than Davide Sanclimenti.

Now, things didn't seem to go too well at first for the pair after she revealed he had already given her 'the ick' and it's clear the status of their relationship may still be on the rocks after viewers at home called out Luke over his 'cringe' behaviour during their pottery date.

The couple sat down to do some pottery together, Ghost style, after Amy opened up about doing the activity with her grandad and Luke decided to go topless for the occasion.

Without going into all the deets, let's just say that Luke made a whole bunch of innuendos - many of which fans of the show reckoned Amy did not find too funny.

Taking to social media to share their verdicts, one X user penned: "Omg Luke!!! he’s actually too much, I can’t hack it."

"How did the crew keep it together during Amy and Luke’s pottery scene???" wondered a second, while a third quoted Amy writing: "'I don’t think Luke is aware of my boundaries'. No sh*t."

A fourth chimed in: "Luke is being dead cringe in that pottery room, I would of gotten up and shuddered! Eugh! Haha."

"Nah watching Luke n Amy actually really really makes me cringe I feel for her she’s so uncomfortable and he has no idea?!!" hit out a fifth.

And another dubbed the scenes a total 'cringe fest'.

And a final X user quipped: "I’m going to take a guess that Luke has just ruined Amy’s memories of pottery with her Grandad."

Ouch.
