People are loving the Queen's reaction to a collection of hand painted teapots and enamelled trinkets at Windsor Castle this week.
Her Majesty, 95, was presented the items by Staffordshire company, Halcyon Days. The Queen was due to visit the business in 2020, but the trip was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. This time, the factory was invited to Windsor Castle instead.
It was the Queen's first official face-to-face engagement with several people for almost two months, after she contracted covid in February and had previously been under doctor's orders to carry out light duties.
The Queen looked overjoyed at the pieces, which included a small oval Windsor Castle trinket box, decorated with a black and white painting of the royal residence.
She could also be seen holding a lavender trinket box, which featured three portraits of the Queen Mother, and was later spotted admiring the Castle of Mey tea range. The collection was inspired by her mother's favourite flowers, which included primulas, pansies and Albertine roses.
And people were so happy to see the Queen so full of joy, with one person writing on Twitter: "Bless her, love the Queen's happy smile and excitement! Good to see Her Majesty looking well."
While another said: "This is wonderful to see! HMTQ looks so happy."
And a third added: "HMTQ looks beautiful, vibrant and fabulous... and soon to be 96... The iconic Queen Elizabeth ll."
Meanwhile a fourth wrote: "Lovely to see Her Majesty looking so happy and relatively well by the looks of things too - long may it continue!"
And a fifth simply said: "She's glowing!"
The Queen was shown the collection by Peter Harper, owner of the firm, and Pamela Harper, chairman and chief executive of Halcyon Days.
"We are deeply honoured and the experience was simply fabulous," said Pamela.
