Kate Middleton has shared her sweet reaction to the unexpected reunion of Prince William and Harry on Saturday (10 September).
The new Princess of Wales, 40, commented on the brothers' first public appearance together since 2021 following the death of Queen Elizabeth II on September 8.
The two brothers were last seen together at the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral last April and again last July, when a statue of their late mother, Princess Diana, was unveiled at Kensington Palace.

On Saturday, however, they put their alleged differences to the side to complete a walkabout outside Windsor Castle and view floral tributes to their late grandmother.
As reported by The Telegraph, Kate told mourners of their reunion: "At times like this you've got to come together."
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as senior members of the royal family in 2020 and rumours of a rift between the brothers have been rife ever since.

They were further fuelled by Harry and Meghan's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, where he said William was 'trapped' by the firm and Meghan revealed that Kate made her cry.
Prince William, who is now the heir to the throne, and Kate released a statement about the Queen's death on Saturday (September 10).
It was largely written from William's perspective, with him writing: "So much will be said in the days ahead about the meaning of her historic reign.

"I, however, have lost a grandmother. And while I will grieve her loss, I also feel incredibly grateful. I have had the benefit of The Queen's wisdom and reassurance into my fifth decade."
"She was by my side at my happiest moments. And she was by my side during the saddest days of my life.
"I knew this day would come, but it will be some time before the reality of life without Grannie will truly feel real."
They then praised the Queen for setting 'an example of service and dignity in public life that was from a different age, but always relevant to us all.'

Harry and Meghan, meanwhile, released a joint statement about the Queen's death yesterday which was also largely written from the perspective of one of her grandsons.
"In celebrating the life of my grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen - and in mourning her loss - we are all reminded of the guiding compass she was to so many in her commitment to service and duty," the statement began.
"She was globally admired and respected. Her unwavering grace and dignity remained true throughout her life and now her everlasting legacy."

"Let us echo the words she spoke after the passing of her husband, Prince Philip, words which can bring comfort to all of us now: 'Life, of course, consists of final partings as well as first meetings'.
