Football fans taunted Prince William during his recent appearance at a football game, as they disrespected the late Queen.
The Prince of Wales is a huge football fan, having been seen attending a number of high-profile games in recent years with his children.
More specifically, his loyalties lie with Aston Villa, a team he has made no secret about supporting his entire life.

Villa fans always share their support for the Windsors and their most famous royal fan, but the same cannot be said for away teams that often play at their stadium.
Aston Villa played Celtic - a Scottish team - in a Champions League game on Wednesday night (29 January).
And after noticing that Prince William was in attendance at the match, fans of the opposition didn't hold back taunting him for the entire game.

He was subject to chants such as 'Lizzie’s in a box', referring to the late Queen Elizabeth II, and 'If you hate the Royal Family, clap your hands'.
The away fans also displayed a banner in the stands, which glorified an intruder who was found in Queen Elizabeth II’s Buckingham Palace bedroom, just days after Prince William was born.
But the chants didn't seem to faze William, who celebrated Villa's 4-2 win at their home ground.
Home supporters tried their best to distract the Prince from the vile chants, singing the national anthem and holding up Union Flags.

But it isn't the first time Celtic Football Club have been disrespectful towards the royals at football games.
The team were previously fined in October 2022, as fans displayed 'provocative' anti-monarchy banners at a Champions League match less than a week after Queen Elizabeth II's death.
One read 'F**k the crown', while another said 'Sorry For Your Loss Michael Fagan' - the man who broke into the late Queen's bedroom in 1982.

Fagan had been diagnosed with schizophrenia prior to the break-in, and reportedly spent around 10 minutes talking to the monarch about his family.
It was said that the Queen thought Fagan was a drunk member of staff on the grounds, but before long, he was tackled and escorted off the premises by a duty footman.
At the time of his arrest, trespassing was only a civil crime, and so Fagan was only charged with burglary, as he reportedly stole some wine from the palace grounds.
