The clip shows a very young looking Luca chatting to the camera as he praises the recent dental work he's had.
In the short video, he can be heard saying: "Yeah all done, I really don't want to leave, the experience has been amazing. The staff have been amazing, I just don't want to leave. I wish I could live here the way they treat you. So happy with the results."
The 23-year-old from Brighton then points to his teeth, as it's indicated that he's thanking the camera for hid dental work.
Not only does Luca's baby face appearance have TikTok users in hysterics, but his long curtain hairstyle has caught everyone's attention.

Elsewhere in the Love Island villa, Luca has been winning over viewers. The romantic hopeful, who is paired with Michael Owen's daughter Gemma, has had fans wanting to protect him after a recent argument with another contestant in the villa.
In Monday's episode (5th July), viewers watched as Dami and Luca fell out after a 'boys chat' around the fire pit, where they discussed the evening's events, with Andrew explaining he had kissed Coco, and Dami admitting to sharing a kiss with Summer.
But things exploded when Dami accused Luca of 'being fake' after he was spotted nudging Jacques while the boys were discussing what had happened.
"Stop egging other people on... just be real for once," said Dami.

"What cause you fu**ed up tonight and you regret it?" asked Luca, while Dami added: "I'm just saying you're fake... you're fake bro, you say one thing then do another.
“I just told you how I feel about Indiyah, but at the end of the day you’re trying to tell me I’ve done something wrong.”
While the other boys said that they didn't think Luca was fake, some said they could see Dami's point. However, the viewers at home didn't agree.

While another said: "Gemma is happy with Luca. Luca is happy with Gemma. What's not clicking? Dami was telling us he's happy with Indiyah but look now, and he thinks he's being more real than Luca? HOW?"
