Following the news that Amy Slaton has pleaded guilty following her arrest for a Tennessee safari park back in August, fans of the US reality star have wondered if she'll be serving behind bars.
And let's just say, fans of the reality star have been left divided over her sentence.
Why was Amy Slaton arrested?
Slaton, 37 - who first shot to fame alongside her sister Tammy after both being cast in the much-loved TLC series 1000-lb Sisters - was first apprehended by police officers on 2 September 2024.

She was attending a zoo in her local state of Tennessee at the time along with a mystery male and two children, understood to be her own sons, Gage, four, and Glenn, two.
The TV star said she'd sustained a serious injury to her arm whilst touring the park in her vehicle.
When police arrived on the scene, Slaton alleged she'd been bitten by a camel - though Claude Conley, the zoo's owner, later told press that the placement of the injury was 'inconsistent with a bite' from this type of animal.
After approaching Slaton's vehicle, however, investigating officers were immediately hit with a strong and unusual odour, which the local sheriff's department described in a statement as 'suspicious'.

The mother-of-two and the adult male inside the vehicle were subsequently arrested before being transported to Crockett County Jail.
Slaton's sister Tammy is understood to have collected her two children, both of whom she shares with estranged husband Michael Halterman.
It was later reported that she'd been in possession of marijuana and illegal mushrooms at the time, both of which were in 'plain sight' in the vehicle.

Hours after their arrest, Slaton and her 'new parter' - whose name, it transpires, is Brian Scott Lovvorn - were seen leaving jail 'hand-in-hand' - according to People - having forked out a staggering $10,000 bond.
This weekend, Slaton pleaded guilty in a plea deal.
Documents obtained by E! News explains that, though she and Lovvorn were arrested on charges of illegal possession of schedule I and schedule VI, as well as two counts of child endangerment, they're only being charged with 'simple possession'.
The charges of child abuse and child endangerment against the star have since been dismissed.

That doesn't mean Slaton won't be punished for her crime, however.
Amy Slaton's sentence
According to Action News 5 - who reported live from the Tennessee courtroom - judge Paul Conley sentenced both Slaton and Lovvorn to two years of supervised probation, meaning they won't actually serve any time in jail.

According to Us Weekly, however, she will have to cough up a hefty $1,000 fine, and attend an alcohol and drug assessment.
Slaton and Lovvorn also remain banned from visiting Tennessee Safari Park Zoo ever again.
News of her punishment has divided fans, with some believing she should have received a harsher sentence for having been with her children at the time.
Taking to social media, one hit out: "Send her to jail, might be good for her."
Another penned: "Doesn't she have a small child?! Good lord."
Others, however, find the arrest in general, as well as the fine, absurd.
"Getting arrested for weed and shrooms in 2024 is wild," one wrote.
Another added: "She got arrested for smoking pot so move on already".
"Imagine getting arrested for plants that SHOULD be legal," a third continued.
